Well we all made it to 2009 and I anticipate good things happening this year! My mother made her famous vegan tourtiere (aka meat pie) again this year and I made a variation of Bryanna's Seitan Ham. We oven baked some sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts and had some pickled beets and asparagus on the side. We ended this new year's dinner with the most amazing blueberry pie that my mom has ever made. I will have to sneak some pictures of it tomorrow. So with the end of this great meal comes the start of some new year's resolutions.
