I love our little toaster oven that we got last year. It means we can still enjoy warm food even once it gets super hot out. Tonight we had taquitos with zucchini and homemade potato wedges. Taquitos, Potatoes and Zucchini
I love our little toaster oven that we got last year. It means we can still enjoy warm food even once it gets super hot out. Tonight we had taquitos with zucchini and homemade potato wedges. I seem to be running out of motivation to cook but maybe we just need to find some inspiration.

Mmm, taquitos sound good. And using the toaster oven is a great idea! I never think to use mine for anything except...toast.
