Even though it was super warm out today I made Bryanna's Setian "ham" in the toaster oven. It turned out pretty decent even though I was missing 1/4 of the ingredients. I was craving a sunday night dinner but did not have time over the weekend so we had it tonight. I pan fried some baby potatoes and steamed some local asparagus with some homemade cranberry sauce and stuffing on the side. YumYumMonday, July 20, 2009
Seitan "ham" stuffing, potatoes and asparagus
