My mother brought me some fresh Romain lettuce out of her garden and I had some veggie ground round mexican flavour so decided to make a salad. I served some salsa and tofutti "sour cream" on the side with chopped up olives and tortilla chips. yummy
I have been a vegan for over 6 years now. I live with my vegetarian husband and 2 kitties. I love cooking and baking and hope to inspire new vegans on what to make.
