It is finally back in town...Sheese! I have waited so long to have more. This time I found a Blue Style which I am experimenting with. I also picked up Gouda and Strong Cheddar. If you can find this locally and have not tried it yet...do it! This product is so amazing. Granted it does not melt like some of the other vegan cheezes but the taste is amazing and it makes a wonderful hard type cheeze to add on crackers, sandwiches etc. I also find that it will melt if you put it into something...like a panzaroti.Monday, August 11, 2008

Oh, I love the blue scheese! When I had a package I rationed it out for maximum tastiness. So good on salads.
