
Tonight we had chickpea cutlets from
Veganomicon. Have not had these in a while and I really missed them. I love making them into little nugget sized cutlets. We had some local asparagus on the side, this was roasted in the oven with a little bit of
evoo and salt and pepper, roasted potatoes with
seasoning and
evoo and a nice mix of salads on the side. We had some agave for a dipping sauce. Yum.
