Happy Canada Day fellow Canadians! This day also marks the 31st birthday of my big brother. We ordered in a cake from Mondragon restaurant to celebrate this special occasion. That cake is gorgeous! I'm actually decorating a chocolate cake tonight and it gave me an idea for it.
