I love Eden Organics products but to be realistic I do not buy them very often because they are very expensive. I found these on sale at Shopper's Drugmart and also had a 0.50 coupon so I decided to give them a try. They were really good. The spirals get their colour from spinach and beet, are all organic and they have tons of fiber, carbs, protein and other good stuff without having to add extra ingredients into the mix. We had some garlic bread on the side and salad.
