In the ongoing effort of trying to clean out the fridge, freezer and cupboards I made Sweet and Sour Meatballs with veggie meatballs I found in the freezer, I served it with a 7 blend rice that was gifted to me by a neighbour who did not like it and I added some frozen corn found deep in the back of the freezer and some onions and celery hiding in the crisper. I love this sweet and sour sauce. So simple to make yet it tastes like it has many ingredients in it.
