Happy Birthday to my hubbie!!! So it does not look perfect (since I used the wrong tip in my pipping bag) but it tasted great. I modled it after the recipe for the Dark Chocolate Truffle Cookies I made last week. It turned out super truffle-like and moist. Although next time I will try cooking it for 5minutes less.
