We had pitas tonight filled with grated goudaSheese, butter lettuce, fresh mushrooms, tomatoes, red onions, black olives and Buffalo Soy curls. Easy to make and really hit the spot.
I have been a vegan for over 6 years now. I live with my vegetarian husband and 2 kitties. I love cooking and baking and hope to inspire new vegans on what to make.
