Tonight's dinner used up 1 item from the fridge (leftover homemade satay sauce) and dried "beef" veggie strips from the cupboard. I sauteed some Shanghai noodles in the satay sauce with a little bit of soymilk to cut the heat, added the rehydrated strips and threw in some steamed broccoli and carrots. Tonight's dinner used up 1 item from the fridge (leftover homemade satay sauce) and dried "beef" veggie strips from the cupboard.
