Sorry for not posting much everyone but it has been an extremely busy week and weekend. I made a big batch of fridge dough today and made pizza with the the first quarter. The dough spreads so nicely and tasted nice and crisp. On this pizza I put past sauce, black and green olives, pineapples, capers, ground of homemade veggie sausage, Gouda Sheese and a new product that I was trying that is a vegan blue cheeze. Baked it in the oven for 25 minutes at 450 and voila super! This is going to be my staple pizza crust from now on.
