Made a pizza tonight. Nothing fabulous. Just trying to use up stuff from the fridge. Thin crust with spaghetti sauce, black and green olives, ground up veggie sausage and a cheeze sauce on top. Turned out good (although it is lacking veggies!)
I have been a vegan for over 6 years now. I live with my vegetarian husband and 2 kitties. I love cooking and baking and hope to inspire new vegans on what to make.
