Peirogis, Sausages and Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies

Supper tonight was homemade pierogies and sun-dried tomato sausages with some tofutti sour "cream".

For dessert I made these babies which taste like a little piece of heaven. I will edit and add the recipe very soon.
